Actually 0/0 is indeterminate, slightly different to undefined.
0/1 is undefined as if 0/1=x that implies there exists some number x such that 0*x=1, which is impossible as any number multiplied by 0 is 0, so it is undefined.
But 0/0 is slightly different. If 0/0=x that implies there exists some number x such that 0*x=0, which does exist, but the problem is that any number will satisfy x, so it is indeterminate as there is not a specific value for x.
Calculators will tell you undefined, but if you look into it, I don't believe it's true.
Take division into a word problem. 6/3 turns into how many times does 3 go into 6, or what do you multiply 3 by to get 6.
Now lets do this one, how many times does 0 go into 0, or what do you multiply by 0 to get 0. In which case, it would be any number, real or imaginary.

You can't divide my zero so it is undefined.
Undefined and zero aren't the same thing.

Btw, Undefined means not possible.
