i am getting P030 code (catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2) and a P0332 code (knock sensor 2 circuit low input bank 2) and i have lost some power, and i check my fuel pressure and i'm getting 50psi. I've heard that the pressure should be around 55 to 60 psi. i've replaced the fuel pump, filter and regulator. what do i need to do to get the power back?
Update:it was a P0430 code not P030 code. and is the fuel pressure alright?

There's no such code as p030. P0300 is a general misfire. The knock sensor retards the timing when it detects an engine knock (pinging) You could drive with it unplugged and it won't cause a power loss. 420 is the low efficiency in the cat. Try another scanner and find out that's causing all the cylinders to misfire.
P0030 is a bad O2 sensor and P0332 is a bad knock sensor. From my experiences, if you power wash inside the engine bay, it can cause the P0332 code.
I just finished repairing a knock/tapping sound. At first thought it was bad lifter. But it was the knock sensor. And was the forward sensor near front of engine. Intake manifold must come off to access.
