Okay so I need some exercises that will tone my legs and stomach also bring out my abs a little more and help with a chubby face,
I was chubby then I got skinny and im becoming a little chunky lol
so I need some good exercises .
Nothing like palates or weird exercises just simple stuff and I already now about running but how long should I run on a treadmill and what kind of stuff should I eat besides fruit and veggies?

in the morning before breakfast go for a 20-30 minuet jog,and then when you come home have a slice of brown or seeded toast with some fruit of the selection,banana,apple,or watermelon.The reason is to why these fruit is because they do not have to much sugar in them.and have a glass of all natural fruit juice or skim milk.
after breakfast do some skipping.

then for lunch,have something like this.
a slice of grained,or brown bread,and some nuts,a nice piece of fruit (but not very sweet or sour fruit like lemons and limes,witch a sour and have loads of sugar,and if you have strawberries only have as many as 6,but apples are fine).and have a glass o water or skim milk,and if you want have a small homemade omelet.
then do some more skipping for an hour or two and to make it more fun listen to music or watch TV or talk to a friend or family member.
have at least 1Lr of water during this period of time.
if you get hungry have a apple,banana,or a piece of watermelon.
then watch TV or go out side or do whatever besides eating for 2 hours,but make sure you don't sit down for 2 hours!
for dinner this is what should be on your plate,one cup of cooked vegetables,one piece of non salted,low fat chicken,or a veggie burger or 2 crochets(said cro-kets)and a glass of water.
And then have a good 9-10 hours sleep.

but still eat these foods every day.
when you get hungry and want chips,have an apple or some kind of not to sugary fruit.you can have a vegetable if you want to.
don't sleep in to late.
Also your face will get thinner as you lose body fat and weight.
