I currently own a 10" netbook and would like to upgrade to a bigger screen laptop and I'm thinking of getting the Macbook Pro but I'm debating on whether to get the 13" or 15"? I would like a laptop that's not too heavy for me to take with me to school but I also need it to have a big enough screen so that it won't hurt my eyes when I'm trying to do homework at home. Please don't try to talk me into buying a PC, I've already had PC's and didn't like them so now I'm trying Macs. I already own an iMac and I love it but I need something for school.
Update:I know that there is a $600 price difference between the 13" and 15" but are 2" extra inches really worth $600 more??

I recommend Macbook Pro 13 inch. Since, you need a large screen so it won't hurt your eyes then 13 is also not small. 15 inch is more faster and used for heavy software and gaming. It's not what you need. So buy 13 inch Pro.

Hope this helps.
Well, if you say you need a bigger screen so that it doesn't hurt your eyes, then get the 15" one. Be aware that it's more pricey because the specs are better.
edit: the price difference is not really because of the extra 2 inches. Check this out and compare the 13 inch model with the 15 inch model.

This Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL/A 13.3 is a great little notebook-laptop and I am very glad to have it! It is quick to boot and surfs the Internet fast. The screen display is great and the case is well made. I recommend for the fun and ease of use. you could get a Win7 notebook for less, but I'm counting on this for more years of durability & less hassles with virus malware crappola like that. This Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL A 13.3-Inch is delivered with Thunderbolt technology, that allows you connecting high resolution displays and high speed units to a single port to transfer files in a very fast speed.
I'd go with 13. Cheaper more portable and I dont think it will hurt your eyes. If money isn't an object than go with the 15 but other than that I'd just go with the 13!
