Got this a couple days ago and its a great bike. To be honest i don't know **** about motorcycles. So here we go..it Has a very slight dent on left side of gas tank that i need to have checked out. The far left carb is leaking but i just turn the gas off whenever I'm done riding. ( still wanna fix that though). Around 3,000 rpm, there's an irritating rattling happening on the left side of the motor. Hopefully nothing bad obviously. And lastly, when I'm driving in lower gears, the bike seems to be jerking somewhat...As if its losing some power. Maybe needs carbs cleaned? Sorry if this isn't enough info :/ i was just hoping to get some of your guys feedback. Thanks! :)

I'm thinking your instinct might be correct. 30 years is about the upper limit for your carburetors. They ought to be cleaned, rebuilt with fresh gaskets and O-rings, and synched.
That leaky carburetor on the left might be the cause of that rattle, or it might be a clutch that's going bad. 30 years tends to be the upper ceiling on a Honda clutch; the plates get worn over time.
The jerk at low speed might be the chain/sprockets, a clutch, or the carburetors. The chain and sprockets are probably the easiest to check.
So this "great" bike has a rattling, and fuel leaking on the left hand side, and the gears are horribly out of shape. You did say it was a great bike right? It needs serviced immediately BEFORE the fire happens while riding causing you some serious hurt.
