Check inside the trunk on the side of the fuel door. Most manufacturers make an emergency release handle for just such situations. It may be behind the trunk liner but should be on the same side of the vehicle as the door is. Call your local dealers service dept. they should be able to verify.

It will be inside the trunk, right where the gas lid is but in the trunk. I think this is a government mandated feature to have in cars.
Bring it to your local Hyundai Dealer, if you have under 60,000 miles, it's covered under warranty.
