For $100 you can get a Phenom ii x3 which is better than either of those.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...Even with only 3 cores, it has other attributes to make up for it. And if you are willing to take the risk, you could also try to enable the fourth core if you dare.
