Absolutely not!

The biggest improvement they made was the Graphics Card, which they upgraded to the Radeon 6770M. Still not the best, but it is an improvement.

The Processor is pretty much nothing new... The 2.2GHz-2.4GHz is not worth it... That's why it wasn't advertised heavily on the Apple Site.

The other thing they did was added was the larger Hard Drive standard.

Other than that, nothing else. I guess it kind of is worth the Price if you're looking into upgrade your Mac, or switch to a Mac. More powerful Processor, better Graphics Card, and larger hard drive for the same price. But it's not worth it just to get the newest thing, it wasn't THAT big of an upgrade, just a refresh...
