Im going to be a college freshman in the fall and over the course of my senior year I've realized that I want to be a doctor... 99% positive. I recently found out about 6 year BS/MD programs but I didn't apply to any of those schools. Do they accept transfers? Any information about these types of schools would be helpful. Thanks!

no, they do not take transfers. if you weren't smart enough to explore all your options before applying to schools, it's safe to say that you're not smart enough to be in one of these programs.
BS/MD programs typically do not accept transfer students. Even if they did, you would have an MD is 7 years. That doesn't really save you much time. You could complete college within 3 years, then start medical school. Same amount of time.
There is only one six year program in the USA at U. Missouri-Kansas City. They do take transfers under some circumstances (see link below).
There are also some seven year programs. See the book Medical School Admissions Requirements for details.
i think of Kansas is the only college that provides 6 year BS/MD software. No colleges furnish 7 year software till you could end your Bachelors in 3 years. likely you will could resign on studio artwork.
Yes. They accepts transfers!
