Those building had been up for a long time, Metal does age. The heat from the jet fuel caused the metal to lose its tensive strenght. In effect they could no longer bear the weight of the struture. There were no explosions at the base of the buildings, If you look at the film you can see this isn't so. The fire dept and some news crews were in there and reported no explosions at the base.

Finally the collapse of the 3rd building was due to the shock of the fall of the 2 towers. and the weight of the wreckage falling on it. Don't believe everything these conspiracy sites tell you. in my view they are just covering up for the fact that the Clinton administration failed to give Bush all the information on Osama's plans to attack America.

HHHhhhhmmmmm I don't know if it could have been Bush and his group, they just don't seem capable, although some stuff looks funny and I have alot of construction experience and I have looked at the reports, there would have to be a good investigation of all factors soon after the collapse, sadly that wasn't done, of course a reenactment done with small scale models could answer some questions. The building around the corner that fell is the wierd thing, if you have seen the footage of it falling you know what I mean. The biggy is the apparent incompetence of the Bush administration in this matter, They were warned no less than 30 times by other countries about terrorist training to fly planes into buildings, even a FBI agent pleaded to his boss's to help and was brushed off. I agree - I think it was inside job. It's shocking that so many people still believe the official story. There is so much testimony from people who heard explosions in the towers before collapsed. And buildings just don't fall at free fall speeds like that unless it is a controlled demolition.

ok, so you say our motives were to "steal" oil from the arabs. have you seen a drop of it? because i sure haven't. it seems to me that oil prices would have gone down if we had stolen any oil but they just seem to be going up, up, up.

and i suggest you turn on the discovery/history channel once in a while. they do a show about the twin towers at least once a month.

the extreme heat from the gas-fed fires inside the building heated up the metal infrastructure. the weakened metal could no longer support the upper part of the building. do you have any idea how much about 30 floors weighs? a helluva lot. so when all that weight came crashing down, one floor collapsed, then two floors, then four floors, then eight floors. the falling buildings had too much momentum to simply just stop falling halfway. the "smaller explosions" you're referring to is all the air being pushed out of the building. sort of like an accordion. there was air inside the entire building and suddenly it was forced out. it had to go somewhere.

as far as building 7 goes (the third building you are talking about). the power of the two towers falling over was equal to 3 atomic bombs (without the explosion, the damage was contained). after the towers fell, there was a Richter scale in California that recorded the seismic activity resulting from the towers falling. the third building fell because it's structural integrity was compromised due to the force of the building that fell over right across the street.

A question for you...if you truly believe it was an inside job, how could you possibly stay in the U.S.? Living in the U.S. requires you to abide by the laws established by those who you claim organized 9/11 and pay taxes to a government capable of something so heinous. Why do you stay?

Look at the article published by Popular Mechanics in March 2005. It debunks just about every conspiracy theory out there.

Nobody will ever know the truth and the people who feel it would be impossible for insiders to pull off (even though it was possible for silly, uneducated "terrorists" to do it) would never accept a story that says they are wrong in what they believe. Just look at the thumbs down to answers that suggest something isn't right.

Everybody believed Kennedy's death was a lone gunman too but look at how more and more details seem to point out a well planned assasination and coverup by multiple people.

To the person above me, of the list of 19 terrorists, six are still alive and you can check the BBC for stories on them (commercial pilots). The inaccuracy of that list was also verified by several US media outlets as well -- although never corrected by the US Government. I'm not debating you; just stating facts you have clearly not checked into.

So inside job? I don't know if I'd say that. But we definately did not get the complete truth about what happened, how it happen, why it happened and who really did it. We probably never will.

The one question nobody ever seems to ask is why haven't we seen video from the security cameras the FBI confiscated from businesses around the Pentagon that captured the attack? If you really wanted to disprove theories and lay things to rest, wouldn't you show the footage?

Edit: Popular Mechanics was sourced below and while they did pick some of the more outlandish claims to debunk they also failed to provide any sources to back up claims on the more substantial questions (check my source). It's like telling a Catholic that The Koran fact-checks The Bible. Don't believe me? Why not? Oh... it depends on what you believe even if you can't prove it.

The reality is we didn't get all of the facts. It doesn't mean an inside job but does suggest people are covering their butts for some reason.

They found sand on the World Trade Center site that was matched by chemical makeup to sand found in Israel. For explosives, they had a bunch of those innocent Palestinian Prisoners wearing suicide vests in the plane, so that they all exploded when the plane hit the tower. Those people celebrating on TV in Gaza were actually Jews dressed up like Palestinians.
