975mcg Folic acid Good or Bad? 3wks preggo?
im 3 weeks pregnant and im taking the cvs brand of one a day for women pre-natal vitamins, cvs brand has 975mcg folic acid , one a day has 800mcg. everything else in it matches i compared the two, the cvs brand comes with womens prenatal DHA and Prenatal MULTI , just wanna know if im starting out right

I have been taking 250 tablets by nature made, I take 2 one day and 3 the next and vice versa. To make up for whats in my prenatal vitamins that I can not take due to them making me ill.
