99 Powerstroke Loses power?
99 Powerstroke all sudden loses power driving down road serivce engine light pops on. Pull over shut off vehicle restart vehicle and vehicles drives fine, Doesnt do it all the time just here and there. Service engine light goes away after restarting. What could this be?
Update:Obviously Every time this Happens The check Engine light goes away.... So how am I going to get it checked? Maybe you should read my post again. Truck loses power to where I have to pull over. Re start an check engine is gone it only happens once in awhile! How would I get it checked with no check engine light? hmmm.?

I had this problem in my 04 F-150. Ford said my air/fuel ratio was off. They fixed it and I only had the problem 2 other times (on the same tank of fuel that I got in Missouri)

Its because the only worst truck than ford is Toyota, ford makes low quality trucks
Sometimes it could be a bad coil. but it also could be a bad fuse.
