We are looking for a bachelor party style suite. it's about 10 of us but we want to keep it reasonable, and not pay much. A lot of the suites have a living room dinning room a lot of square footage but it only has ONE king bed. If anyone has experience with this please let me know.
If you know of any agencies that set up the whole party for you and your experience please let me know too.

What you want is the Penthouse Loft at the Tropicana. It's relatively cheap, 2 stories, and plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. If it's not enough rooms, just book an extra one near it or something.
For a bachelor occasion i might recommend the palms to boot you isn't waiting to get between the 'myth Suites' on basically $seven hundred/night yet you need to nonetheless do it up RockStar type =) As i'm specific you're conscious the palms isn't on the strip so.... quickly on the strip and intensely actual looking are The pass! Rooms @ Flamingo. i think of they seem especially undesirable a55, yet they're pink so...basically be in touch alongside with your masculinity ; ) Flamingo additionally has an outstanding pool alongside with a "eu" one>topless There at the instant are not any golf equipment @ Flamingo, yet you're authentic in the midst of the strip so very on the brink of each little thing. authentic in the time of from Ceasars and organic
Well...I 'almost' missed your question...glad I didn't.
Yes, "we" are an agency that sets up 'all of that' for people...from smaller groups/events/parties like yours...up to conventions for thousands. So, we have "connections" all over town.
I/we have 'tons' of experience with these types of rooms...and there are a wide range of suites that have two bedrooms in them
The best 'starting place' would be: What is your 'budget' for the room...and what dates (or best/closest guess for the days you'll be here)
Budget determines most of where and what type of room...there are many options...but many of them are NOT posted on the hotel's websites...because they reserve them for casino marketing, sales/marketing (convention/non-gaming VIPs, etc).
The BEST rooms...run in the $1500 to $10,000 per night....depending on size, dates of stay, the specific property, etc.
My favorite is a 5,000 sq ft, two-bedroom with its own indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, some with a fitness center and 'theatre'...runs $5k-$6000 a night usually, but could be more or 'a little' less, maybe...and it is never advertised. Most professionals in Vegas have never seen it or ever will...it's only for the highest of highrollers and celebrities...only 29 'villas' exist in this 'private/exclusive' venue (Tiger Woods, Charles Barkley, Bruce Willis, Mark McGuire, Tina Turner, Barbara Streisand, Jerry Buss, etc etc etc are the people "I" have seen/talked to there...it's 'that' type of 'exclusive' spot...but connects to the rest of the property through a secret highroller only entrance (THAT will impress anyone when you bring 'guests' to your 'villa' there!) In that environment, you'll have two or three beds sleeping up to 6? plus the couches in the living room and theatre...and plenty of space to bring in a couple/few rollaways, etc. Now, keep in mind, there are also 3 bedroom (7,500 square feet & 10,000 square feet) and a couple 4-bedrooms (10k & 12k square feet in that environment also)....but, again...budget may be the issue there for most people.
Back to most people's reality...
You could go a couple routes...to make it as 'affordable' as you can.
*Book an 'off-the-strip' property...
*Book an 'older' property
*Book an older, off-the-strip property
*Book a good sized 'party suite' with one or two other rooms next door (off-strip or on-the-strip)
*Book a suite in a non-gaming property/resort/? that has more flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
*Many more options...
It all comes down to your 'per person' or total budget. We can make anything happen...just depends what $ we're working with...and then we work around that.
There are various size suites. I suggest you contact Rio for large ones at better price
the tropicana is the place to go... call them direct.. or book the day before.
And take one of these :-D
