OK this isn't a truly realistic war scenario but more of a situation where we could actually compare the current military power of major forces in the world. On the one side we have US, Canada, all members of NATO and European Union, Israel, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. On the other side there are Russia, China, North Korea, Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, Palestine and all existing middle-eastern militias and groups who currently fight NATO.
The "rules" of this conflict are simple:
1. No nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or any other weapons of mass destruction.
2. World economy doesn't influence the conflict. Let's say they all have enough oil, money, weapons and ammo for like a year of warfare.
3. We only take their current manpower plus the reserves. No additional recruitment allowed.
4. They all try to win by conquering or completely destroying their enemies, even in case when they risk their own annihilation. No changing sides, waiting instead of attacking, becoming neutral or surrendering.
5. The reason for this war isn't important. No need for logical motives, this is just a type of military comparison.

You can not not take into account the economy. In such a war, the U.S. and EU would suspend trade with China and Russia, so those states would be submerged economy and population would revolt.
Europe would have trouble getting gas, but reserves could cover the needs of the North Sea and North Africa.
In that case, Russia and China would be wiped out in about 1 year strategic and military in about 4-5 years (they have large areas difficult to reach).
