Fake ones are odd. They are really hard. I like natural ones better- I would rather have an A cup of real ones than fakes. Just me, though...

I've thought about getting breast augmentation because some girls I knew out high school had gotten them (I'm average size). But decided against it for these reasons; there are risks involved with all surgeries, with implants there could be leakage, makes it hard to detect cancer, and I heard they tend to get hard. Not only that but it's expensive, there are some doctors who aren't all that qualified and you don't want some doc using you as a guinea pig. You also have to get them done every 10-15years so I've heard. I say just appreciate what you have but if you do decide to get them do a full background research on the surgeon, hospital, and past clients.

I think all women have considered it at one point. Either enlargement or reduction, but real are always better. I know many guys who have said fake are "hot" at first (their shallow side taking over) but then went on to say they become a huge turn off. I would say, you have a husband who loves you. He loves you and your body for the way it is right now. If you really don't feel happy with your body you can consider it, but if you're getting them to feel better about yourself maybe you have other issues you should take a look at first?

I've heard they are cold vs rest of your body which makes sense. Most guys like the real thing- I would seriously double check getting them if he's against it. There are so many bras out now that can enhance you in your clothes - why would you do it?

Keep them real. Just imagine when you get to be 70 and gravity has taken affect on everything else on your body but your boobies are still looking like your 18...

We tend to like them real, we actually don't care about size that much. I mean, some guys do, but most guys don't. If you don't like the way you look, then you should tell your hubby to make you feel good about the way you look so you don't feel like you need to get things done.

dude, just take hormones. take estrogen and they will grow naturally. ask a doctor before you do it, just to make sure that your body is healthy and wont reject the hormones or give you a negative side effect. that way your boobs get bigger and the consistency/ feel will stay the same :]

Seriously. God made you the way you are. Stay that way. Plus. If your doubting whether or not to get them now, you'll probably regret it later.

it depends on how much u pay for them. they more u pay the realer they are. and dont forget about the scars. bottom line if u do get em, dont cheap out
