you could only get in trouble if you helped him get high or were high yourself, I'm not sure what the laws are in your area, but around here they call the cops if someone OD's or if the drugs seem connected to any other crimes
drive him a block away from the hospital, have a taxi cab meet you there (but don't let the cab driver see what car your driving) and order the driver to drop him off at the ER entrance- somebody will find him
of course a REAL friend would risk getting in trouble to insure their friend got there safe, maybe even stick around to nmake sure they got proper care
and why is this in the baby section....I smell a troll
I don't think hospitals are allowed to disclose private patient information to others, even something of this nature. But I would suggest leaving this lifestyle behind, as it does no good for you, your friends, or your future.
you will be ok, you are not copable for him but if you dont bring him to the hospital and he dies you will be arrested so I would bring him, give his information and what you know and then go.
you can take him and they won't charge you with a crime or anything. they have to help him. they might recommend sending him to a rehab or something after, but you won't get in trouble or anything.

You will not get in any trouble for taking someone to the hospital unless they are underage you and you supplied them.

You or him would not get into any type of trouble, they keep everything confidential.
