Accidentally clicked a fake kid porn link! :(?
Accidentally clicked on a fake link, (don't ask how i saw the link, I was doing some research on a similar subject) and got directed to a site designed as an entrapment for people with illegal porn. It said it got my name and address, ect! Am I gonna get in trouble?? like someone coming to my door.?? Needless to say, I'm a little concerned. I'm soo disgusted by people out there that would do stuff like this, and perverts that would even try to find illegal crap. Please help, if you know about stuff like this, honestly, anyone can accidentally click on anything at anytime without meaning anything! I am a law-abiding citizen and I really don't want to get into trouble....by the way I'm only 18.

Did it try to sell you software to clean your computer? The software is usually fake and it's a scare to get people to buy it. That isn't how the authorities operate. It isn't just a matter of clicking on a link. You have to be exchanging files. They watch the chat rooms. Or your credit card company will rat you out when a charge from an illegal site comes through. Simply clicking on a link will get you a virus but not arrested.
By the way, it's ET CETERA for "and others". So it isn't "ect". It's etc. Just like it isn't hre, it's her. Now you can explain this to your contacts who now look more stupid than you used to.
