you need to call them back and kick up s.hit, ask to speak to a supervisor and make a complaint, it is her job to find out why you haven't got your lappy back, dont just be fobbed off with your case is closed - if they try that one tell them that the case isn't closed until you computer is returned to you, if it has been lost in the mail then it is still their responsibility
