ACT scores. Remedial classes.?
I have a ACT score of 16 and its the highest it went out of all the times I took. Will I get accepted to University of Memphis and be able to take regular classes and not remedial ones.

You don't say what your GPA is or what classes you took.
But with just the ACT of 16 I doubt you would get into any four year college. And if you did I would assume you would be required to take, and need to take, remedial English and Math classes.
