Adobe won't load question?
I have a Dell 500 PC and am using firefox. A few days ago my wife and I got an update demand from Adobe when we tried to play Games. My side updated but her side won't I have tried everything I can think of to get her side to load, from uninstalling and reinstalling firefox to going through all the settings I can think might affect this problem. She can't play any of her games, they won't load at all. Adobe Flashplayer install comes up OK but after clicking on the install prompt the popup window that is supposed to be saved is empty - nothing to click on and save.

1)Uninstall adobe flash player in the add/remove programs. Download it again and install. It should work fine.
2)Some games need java to run. So make sure you have it installed in your computer.
3)If that doesn't work, you have a virus. Try scanning your pc with your antivirus.
4) If you find nothing in your scan, download and run combofix. But make sure to uninstall or disable your antivirus software completely before running combofix.
5) If you still didn't find a virus, (Combofix will rarely disappoint you in cleaning viruses), you have to reinstall your operating system and format your hard drives.
