Factor Completely (and remember that this is only Algebra I; so don't go into any advanced calculus etc.) (a+b)^4 -- (a-b)^4
I got -3a^2b^2.... but that cant be factored... so I figured, why not double check. If my answer is wrong... could you show the step I missed?

(a+b)^4 -- (a-b)^4 =(a+b)^4 - (a-b)^4 (i think )
(a+b)^4 - (a-b)^4 = [(a+b)^2 -(a-b)^2][(a+b)^2 +(a-b)^2]
=(a+b-a+b)(a+b+a-b)[a^2 +b^2 +2ab +a^2 +b^2 -2ab]
=2b*2a(2a^2 +2b^2) =8ab(a^2 +b^2)
