Because it kind of sets me off when people say that I am Black, you see I have a British Grandmother. Pale Skin, Blue Eyes, Blond hair, I mean she's literally Caucasian. And my mother is biracial (half Nigerian). And my mom is dead and I live with my Grandparents, so it kind of confuses me when people say that I am Black even though I have a White Grandmother.
I have brown skin, medium brown hair and light brown eyes.

You are biracial, but a lot of the time when you're 3/4 one race and 1/4 another, people don't recognize it, especially if you physically look like you could be fully one thing. I am 3/4 European and 1/4 American Indian, and most people consider me "White" because my looks favor the European side. My mother and sister on the other hand, look Native American/mixed and are labeled thus even though I am the same as them. I identify as biracial anyway.
to Sophie: being biracial just means that you have two races in your genetic line. It does not require you to be exactly half-and-half.
If you're 75% Black then you're not biracial.
Why would it set you off when people say you're Black, having a White grandmother doesn't really change the fact that you're three times as Black as you are White. MOST Black people are around 15-25% Black anyway.
You're mixed-race, yes, but you're not Biracial. Biracial implies that you're parents are of two different races, which they aren't (i'm assuming your dad is black too, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
your moms only half white and your dads black then you're black .. biracial would be half half mixed like i am yeah you do live with them you're part white but it's not relevant unless you believe that you're experiencing life as a white person? does society see you as whitE? if not embrace who you are
No you arent BIracial. you are of mixed race because your mom was biracial.
Remember bi=2
What is your father's ethnicity? It matters in order to answer the question.
no biracial means two races...
uhm, what else would you be besides biracial?
unfortunately you would be considered black.Im so sorry for this devastating news.Try not to "max da chicken wangZ"
