I don’t care as much about doing the things I love, I sleep later and wake up earlier than usual, I don’t answer as fast as normal, I overthink about all the different scenarios about change, and I don’t have an appetite unless someone offers food and is watching. I’ve taken many online quizzes and they all say I have severe depression but wanted other people’s opinions on the matter because I wasnt so sure about the problem.
Are there any tips to rid depression?
Extra info about me that may be causes of depression:
More than 5 people have passed away in my “family/friend circle” since 2014, I’ve moved schools about 4 times (currently 7th), and I have no actual family other than my mom’s dad’s side (we don’t unsually communicate with each other).

Hi... there is a lot of information online for depression self-help. You might try looking into this and practicing what you learn on a daily basis.
Get exercise too. It helps give us a mental boost. Force yourself to do other productive things, too. Maybe a creative project.
And if you're struggling because you've lost relatives, do your online research for coping with grief and loss.
There is helpful information online for just about any subject you need assistance with and it doesn't hurt us to grow and learn.
Can you talk with a school counselor or a teacher or another adult you trust and respect? This may help too. You could consider talking with your doctor. They can help.
Im' sending my best thoughts.
Sounds like you are, it's really **** being depressed. My advise is to do what I do, to find out what your ultimate goal in life is, and to peruse it. I always think to myself I have nothing else o loose, so I'm gonna put my all into this and not be scared to fail, but don't make failure an option. Have eagle vision, and prove yourself wrong and accomplish your vision whether it be bodybuilding or starting your own business.
Good luck, and I find writing to youyrself detailed plans help.
Talking to the counselor at school is your best next step. They are specially trained to help people in your exact situation.
I would consider you depressed.
I know how you feel. I am the same age as you.
I would recommend Yogi brand tea. The help and taste good too!
Also, I was taking an St. John's Wart supplement for a while and that helped too.
On the Youversion Bible app, there are devotionals to help with depression and other issues as well.
I also go to counseling every other or every two weeks.
I would recommend lots of "you time". Read fictional books, hang out with friends, find something you love.
Exercise. Help get energy out from anger.
Pray and go to church.
Keep busy to take your mind off of things.
Howdy, I am Kaden Perritt. I am in 8th grade, so I understand about what is sort of happening. I was depressed in 7th grade as well. Some people around that age such as myself, become depressed and there is usually a few ways to fix it. For me, I started listening to a lot of music. I did things more the way they were done in the 1950s. I got depressed when I couldn't travel. I started to go on more bike rides and became a greaser. There is always something that can fix those feelings. Online quizzes are usually incorrect. I took a few guess your age quizzes and it thought I was 81 years old. Don't worry about that. This is common for people our age. Try to hang out with friends more, get out of the house more often. Parks are usually quite peaceful. Try to do more of the things you love. School stress was a big thing for me. I quit school and I am now homeschooled on a computer. It helped keep me calm and now I am once again fine. I hope this helps you. Good luck!
Of course those online quizzes (same ones as doctor's use) say you have depression. Big pharma made them up and word things so that the results say you have depression and want you to go to your doctor for pills. Life happens and sometimes it sucks. Without the downs we would never become strong and without real strength there is no peace. so we have to take the ups with the downs and not poison our brains as big pharma would like.
