It's possible to find a $100 lens that originally cost $6,000. But chances are it's for a discontinued system that nobody supports any more. An example would be the Canon FD lenses or Minolta SRT system. If it's a discontinued system, then you're buying a $100 paperweight.
Nobody but a scam artist can sell for a $100.00 a lens that was SUPPOSEDLY $6000.00 for $100.00 Besides I know of no lens that I would need . I have and $850.00 macro lens that is sharp as a tack. WHY spend more? Amazon is fine for products YOU know about! But you are better off with a true photographic organization.
If something sounds like a huge bargain there is probably something wrong with it. If a modern lens worth $6000 new is offered at $100 it must be stolen or not working, or they will take your money and send nothing.
Always better to see it working on your camera before you buy - go to a good photo retailer.
Go to http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ and check the same lenses in their Used Department. A supposed $6,000.00 lens for $100.00 raises a huge red flag and should most likely be avoided. Of course there is the possibility that there is a disclaimer in the listing that says "... compares to lenses costing $6,000.00 ..." and you simply overlooked it. Again, that would be reason enough to avoid that listing.

Could be very old lenses or in very poor condition. Or, if they are not, the price is too good to be true.
