Anthelia, kenya tree, sarcophyton, colt coral, most leathers, etc should do fine with CF lighting. These coral are all lower light demanding coral. The reason I am a bit ambiguous with my statement that they 'should' do fine is because there are other considerations other than lighting. Your water parameters (pH, alk, Ca, Mg, ammonia, nitrite, temp, etc), flow, and your basic husbandry practices are just as important as your lighting.
Please don't accept anyone's advice that tells you, you need 'X' number of watts per gallon to successfully keep a certain coral. That might be true for freshwater, but absolutely not accurate for saltwater. It is an outdated way of evaluating adequate lighting needs.
I maintain aquariums professionally and have successfully kept this coral hundreds of times. They thrive in low lighted conditions and are extremely easy to keep.
