Hi, I recently came across a brown and white cow with a cow bell around his neck on a rope. There's an opening on the cows back, I wonder is there supposed to be a lid on it??

On the base, there is a z with a line through it followed by 42, underneath there's a blue v with a bee near the top. I would appreciate any information on this, as I've checked on the internet and I can't seem to find anything about it.
