please helpp.. my computer was infected virus.. when I search an antivirus, the website was blocked... and I think it's because a virus.. I search again in google, and I found the solution.. the solution is download malware byte.. many people told that by malware byte the virus was removed... but after I scan with malware byte, my internet cannot open.. !! NOT ONLY THAT!! my file was removed!! Windows Media Player cannot work! and other apps!! Then I use system restore.. the internet can open again.. but the antivirus website still blocked.. PLEASE HELP ME!

tolong!! komputerku terinfeksi virus. ketika aku cari antivirus, ternyata website antivirusnya keblokir.. gw yakin ini pasti virus.. gw cari di google lagi akirnya gw ketemu solusi, yaitu suruh download malware byte.. emang banyak org nyuruh make malware byte buat ngilangin virusnya.. lalu aku download.. setelah selesai, aku scan.. dan selesai scan aku remove semua virusnya.. setelah itu ternyata malah gw gak bisa lagi buka website apa2... gak cuman itu, aplikasi2 gw yang penting(misal : windows media player) gak bisa dijalanin.. jalan terakhir yaitu system restore.. untungnya masih bisa di restore.. dan internet gw bisa jalan lancar, tapi tetep aja website antivirus tetep keblokir -_-

You should know though, that once you get infected you can't really ever trust that computer again, there's no way to know what sort of rootkits/trojans were installed that you haven't detected or removed. If at all possible I'd recommend doing a full reinstall of the operating system. It's a big pain but it's the only way you know for sure you're safe. In the future use a sandbox (SandboxIE is great) or a virtual machine for surfing untrusted websites and links. That way you can completely wipe any traces of infection with a single button.
