I really recommend doing squats and running:D it's really good for legs and a fit butt. Also something like soccer will give you an awesome *** girl trust me lol! If you don't want to do that I really recommend Jillian Michaels 30 day shred which I'm in the middle of because it make you sweat a lot and they do a lot of toning like squats, lunges, plus stuff for abs. Plus it's only 20 minutes so its easy to fit into your day and you only need a pair a like 3-5 lb dumbbell but its not necessary. GOOd LUCK!
Ok- squats. A lot of squats. Also, if you are trying to just burn quick calories, do jumping jacks. Running/walking a mile burns 100 calories- but so does 10 jumping jacks. A jumping jack burns 5 calories depending on the intensity of it.
