A little bit of real meat goes a long way with ramen.
Buy a sirloin or a chicken breast and keep it in the freezer wrapped in plastic wrap and a freezer bag.
when you want some ramen with meat, take a chef's knife and hack off a couple strips of meat.
dice it and fry it up with a little salt and pepper in an omelette pan.
deglaze the pan with some water.
add the meat and the deglazing water to the ramen when you nuke it.
Oh yeah.
Of course you know no ramen is complete without hot sauce?
Fish sauce is also cheap at the Korean grocery. (other stuff too, great place to shop) Stinks, tastes great.
Bon apetit.
