I'd have to admit it happened to me on 3 separate occasions
1) I was cooking at work and i saw next to the printer that a ticket came through for two salmon at 3:39 pm, i looked at the clock and it was 3:41pm so i made the meals and took them out to the bartender. and she said she never ordered them. We checked what table number it came from and that table wasn't sat at all that day nor did she remember ringing in any orders.
2) The next day at work as well, i was up at my cooking station and it was early morning and me and my boss were the only ones there, i left my phone on this window about 6 feet off the ground where we put food for the waiters to get it. But i put my phone up there and out of nowhere it comes back and hits me in the chest and falls on the ground, my boss saw it and couldn't believe he just saw that.
Now the reason my work has so much activity is because it used to be part of the underground railroad and in the basement we have a well where you cant see the bottom and the story is that a 9 year old colored girl fell down the well, and her remains are still there 200 something years later. So her ghost haunts the place.
3) I was sitting in my bed on early sunday morning or late saturday as i would say. And i'm watching comedy central. At exactly 2:06am i hear footsteps shuffling behind me now its late at night and no ones awake because i would've heard footsteps come down the stairs (i live in an unfinished basement) and after the footsteps stopped moments later i heard real heavy breathing like it was a heavy set man. about a few feet behind me off to my right. now when you walk down my basement steps you look to your left and can see the headboard of my bed so i have no clue if someone snuck down. But the scary thing is no one did. Because i grabbed my 8.5in hunting knife, my cigarettes and phone and ran up stairs, past where my uncle was sleeping on the couch. and right out the back door. Even though right now its 730 in the morning its still dark down here. and i still hear occasional footsteps, breathing and noises.

Before I was born, in the 1980's, my aunt and uncle lived down the street. They had a haunted house. They had known for years, but the ghost was not mean or spiteful in any way, so they just ignored her.
They called her "the lady in white" because she wore a long white gown. My cousin T___ used to sneak out a lot. One night, she was planning to sneak out with some friends and go to a party that was, of course, going to have alcohol.
As she was going out her window, the lady in white appeared at the foot of my uncle's bed and woke him up. He immediately knew something was wrong. She said nothing but began to walk from his room.
He followed her, not knowing what else to do. She went into my cousin's room and disappeared. My uncle got into her room just as she was pulling her body completely through the window. He stopped her and made her stay home.
The next day she got a call from a friend and found out that the kids that were supposed to be picking her up from her house and transporting her to and from the party, had gotten in an accident. They had all died. It was lucky that my cousin hadn't gone because otherwise she would have perished, too. Did the lady in white know what would happen? She sure saved my family a lot of grief and saved my cousin's life.
