I'm 4"11 and 49kg and want to get down to 42kg in 4 weeks time.my weight at the moment is healthy but I still want to lose a little weight because I look kind of overweight even though i am relatively active and do moderate exercise. I also don't eat that much junk food (hardly any)
How can I lose the 7kg in 4 weeks? Any tips/diet/plans/exercises and etc would help.
Please give me advice which would help reach my goal, thank you in advance =)

The science is simple, you need to decrease your calory intake, and increase the number of calories you burn. So total up your calories for a normal day, lets say you use the daily calory intake tool located here: - http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/logout/calori... based on your BMI.
Take the suggested figure, and reduce it by 10%.
Now every day, ideally after dinner, go on a 5 mile run and stop every mile for 20 press ups and 20 sit ups.
If you can follow that routine, I guaruntee you will see real results in 4 weeks time.
You cant go from 49 to 42 in 4 weeks. You could drop 3kg if you worked REALLY hard.
