Are you asking what aortic insufficiency is? If so:

The aortic valve here (the one that stops blood flowing back into the heart when your heart is trying to pump it to your body) is leaky. Instead of being closed when the heart relaxes, it's just under a third open, so blood is spilling back into the heart. A similar thing is happening with the mitral valve (the valve between the left atrium and left ventricle... the left ventricle is what pumps blood out through your aortic valve when the muscle contracts). They don't specify exactly to what extent the mitral valve is leaking though.
