I sent a package in September using USPS Parcel Post. The package has still yet to reach the buyer and it is November already. I made a case with USPS and explained to the buyer and Paypal. My funds were held and eventually the buyer got her $90 back. I am trying to appeal since the package is really still en route. I pressed appeal and clicked the option to provide tracking and this message keeps popping up.
You did not enter a Tracking Number. Please enter a Tracking Number and then click 'Save.'

*Shipping Company: USPS
the (tracking number) is already in there, i just dont want to put it online for privacy reasons.
What can i do? and when the package gets there, im afraid the buyer will keep the item AND the money.
USPS said that since i used Parcel Post, it can take months...

You're going to lose your appeal with your refusal to enter a tracking number.
You need to enter in the tracking number as they request. Do you have a tracking number for the shipping service you used? The tracking number is so it can be seen that you shipped the parcel and where it is now. How can it be taking months? Maybe you should be lodging a "lost" claim with USPS to get your money back from them. I don't think you have any chance of winning an appeal dispute with PayPal unless you can prove the parcel was already delivered or where it currently in en route.
