apple support operator guaranteed pictures back?
so i contacted apple care to try and get my 1000 photos back and the 1st operator told me if i purchased the apple care plan for 70.00 they could help me so i asked will this guarantee my PRICELESS pictures back she replied "yes!" of all things. so it turned out that apple support couldn't help me and all my pictures are still lost. Could this be a possible lawsuit?

You could take them to small claims court to get back your $70, but that's all. You can't sue for anything over your 'priceless' photos. You'd be better off speaking to a supervisor and seeing if they will refund you. But you should read any paperwork that you have and read the terms of the Apple Care plan, because I bet it tells you that there is no guarantee.
Wait a few hours, then call support again. I don't know but I'm thinking that they can get your pictures and the first guy was ignorant or lazy. It's worth a try.
