Me imagino que hablas de jugarlo en la PC, pues te recomiendo un emulador mas facil llamado Emurayden aqui lo puedes descargar:

el juego es mejor tenerlo en extensión .ISO para emularlo mas facil puedes convertir el juego con este programa:

para poder jugar simplemente tienes que instala el emurayden entu PC, cuando lo tengas instalado abres el emulador le das en las opciones donde dice abrir y seleccionas el juego que quieres abrir y listo.
el emulador va en f/PSP/GAME
y el eboot me parece que va en laraiz de la memoria
