Not really, because it doesn't matter what gender you are, you'll have eyebrows, and you're pretty much born with them instead of having to wait till puberty. Kinda like how they'll show a naked butt in a pg 13 movie, because all genders have them from birth, now it takes an r movie to show the 'developed front'.
