I've been involved in this since freshman year : ASB leadership, class council Treasurer, Key Club And since sophmore year until now I've been in those and in JSA and I started my own Language Club. Are these extra Ciricular activities good?

I think you're involved enough. Maybe your counselor wasn't aware of all the activities you participate in. He sees lots of students, I'm sure he doesn't remember/know everything. I think that starting your own club as well as being in others, especially like Key Club is excellent. & It will look very good on college applications & resumes. (:
