Paul - "My current character in Skyrim is a stupidly overpowered Illusionist."
I *used* to have a magician named Serylin, and I think I even had an Illusionist at one point, for a very brief period. I also, still, have a necromancer (which is just an magician that summons the undead) named Adilya.
None of this was in Skyrim, though. Other than being a game (X-Box?), I'm not even really sure what that is.
My current character in Skyrim is a stupidly overpowered Illusionist. Seriously, that's all the spells she knows, and can take out pretty much any enemy in the game with no damage to herself. She also has no moral compass to speak of, save her burning desire to have more money. Her hobby is murdering palace guards.
That's about as close to magic as I come.
If you're interested, there's a very good book called Rivers of London (now the first in a series), which is half police procedural, half wizard's apprentice. The author does a great job of combining the mundane, real world with the fantastical magical stuff. Give it a try, some random guy on Yahoo! Answers recommends it. :P

Nope. I don't practice any form of magic.
No, I am most certainly *not*.
I am a wizard.
