Based primarily on the pictures, Jodi and Travis apparently had a long day of peaceful, consensual sex the day she killed him.
The defense contends that things were good between them until she dropped his new camera. Then, according to the defense, he became enraged and she was forced to kill him in self defense.
My question is what does the prosecution say was the reason things went from good to bad? What was the breaking point and why, according to the prosecution, did it happen? In other words, why did this seemingly peaceful day turn to murder?

No, I have not been watching the trial. I have a job during the day.

The prosecution contends that she was obsessed with him and actually stalked him. She went so far as to crawl through his doggie door to sleep on his couch, showing up uninvited and unannounced, not leaving when told there was not room enough for her because other friends would be staying overnight, hiding behind his Christmas tree and stealing an engagement ring purchased for a former girlfriend. The turning point in their relationship was when he planned to take someone else on a trip. The prosecution says the murder was planned in advance. They suggest that she stole a relative's gun (same caliber, police report on file, but no evidence that she stole it), bought gas before leaving her city and paying cash for whatever items were needed for the out of state trip to his residence so there would be no purchases to prove that she was even in that state. After the murder, she drove several hours to another boyfriends house, disposing of the gun somewhere along her route.
No, the defense is NOT contending things were good between them! Have you not been watching the trial? The defense is stating that throughout their relationship, he was emotionally and physically abusive to her. The defense is stating that Jodi dropped is very expensive camera that she was using when she was taking pictures of him in the shower. Once she dropped it, he supposedly became enraged and tried to hurt her.
They are basically stating and showed proof that she is a stalker and he no longer wanted to be with her. He was basically using her for the sex and was living a double life because with his religion, he should not have been having sex. The prosecutor also had an expert witness saying she has borderline personality disorder.
