Army question: When can you wear Parachutist badge?
After Jump school can i always wear the bagde on my ACU?
Like when i come home to visit or help out at the recruiters office and i'm wearing my ACU can i wear my airborne parachutist badge? Thanks

Why are you not looking it up in AR 670-1?
In addition to what wine said, if deployed to a combat zone you are not supposed to wear any badges or tabs except for those worn as part of a unit patch (ie airbone or mountain tabs). You are also not supposed to wear any kind of pin on insignia while in the field.
It is a permanent award yes.
The only way you would ever lose it after you have earned it is if you are ever on jump status and refuse to jump. The first O-6 in your chain of command can revoke your award of the badge.
