There is a product from a company called "New Spirit Naturals" that sells only all-natural vitamins and health supplements. They have this product called "Magic Fruit" which is a natural sweetner from the Cucurbitaceae Fruit, widely known as Lo Han Kuo. It has been used for thousands of years for moistening the lungs and skin, helping sore throats, healing coughs, purifying blood and regulating the digestive tract, eliminating diarrhea, constipation, etc. In addition, it has a natural sweet taste (250 times sweeter than refined sugar, but with no calories!)
Magic Fruit™ is a great tasting concentrated herbal tea that can be used to naturally sweeten or enhance the taste of any beverage. (You can even cook/bake with it!)

I prefer to use splenda as a sweetner. I remember hearing that Nutra-Sweet can cause a variety of problems, while Splenda now seems to be all the rage.
i don't think any artificial sweetner has been around long enough to find out really what kind of effect it has on people. It causes bladder cancer in rats, but what is it really doing to us? But still I guess that doesn't stop anybody... i drink so much diet coke and use sugar twin in my coffee everyday. Artificial sweetners are everywhere though... in gum, everything.
they do no longer seem to be as undesirable to particular human beings. My relatives is a relatives of migraine victims and synthetic sweetners play havoc with us. There are additionally analyze that teach the chemical wreck down of those sweeteners are very undesirable for each individual. Heck, one ingrediant is modern in paint thinners. so which you be certain.
My health food lady recommends Stevia (sweetleaf) because it is natural, and not artificial.
