need help!!!!!!!! guys please!!!!!! im just reposting it again.

so im a middle schooler girl..who likes a guy (his name is IAN)..but he says he likes someone else in another school :( . and he doesnt know i like him(: but he was trying to guess this whole day. and a negative is that he shorter than me :/ i WOULD date him but idk if thatll turn him away...alrite, here are some facts:

1) my crush always ask me what i want at the snack shop (our school sells snacks after school) and he waits in the long line and he gets them for me (i give him the money and he gets it for me)

2) he always gives me back my dollar if he borrows it. one time i told him to keep it and hes like NO TOO BAD IM GIVING IT BACK TO U like jokingly and he gave it back

3) a day before the finals he gave me his pencil to use for scantron (this type of test) for free (well he have two..)

4) we went to the library and i told him to save my computer. so he puts my backpack on the chair. and when i came back. he stopped playing the game, puts my backpack down, and played again

5) were in band so we use smartmusic. so we play to the computer and it grades us and we submit it to the teacher. he asked me if he can come over to my house so he can play since his computer is broken. i said ok. and he came over. his dad dropped him at my house for an hour and a half. he spent 5 mins playing the saxophone and we hung out for the rest of the time. me and my crush were skateboarding, ding dong ditching, and we went to 7-11. this lady got sooooooo pissed at us and we took down someones halloween decoration xD and we bought slurpees at 7-11. and my dad said i have to get rid of my skateboard :( , so i gave it to him lol. and when were going back he says he wish his dads late so he can stay longer(: and we spent like 20 minutes just talking and playing with my dog and when he left, he said see you on facebook.

6) someone dared him to hug me and he did he was putting his arms out and he says do u want ur hug? and i got kinda nervous so i backed up..and that other person dared him to hug me again..he said ok ill try, but its gonna be hard

7) i dont know why, but he wants to know who i like really bad. he keeps guessing everyone in band but him (i told him i like someone in band). he guessed himself once but hes like jkjkjkjkjk.

8) he told me if im ever bored, i can come to his house and hang anytime.

9) i asked him if he wants to catch a movie with me, and he said sure. and he said he'll ask his parents and we were gonna go (it was a 3 day weekend) but i couldnt go cuz my dads not working and he wont let me.

i just dont think he likes me cuz he said he likes his neighbor, who goes to another school :'(

MY QUESTIONS ARE:

1) what do you think his feelings are from me?

2) how do i get him to like me? like impress him..or smthg

3) should i tell him i like him?

i need thorough answers ill answer your questions too ILL DO ANYTHING just answer all 3!!!
