I put my marks for my subjects in an ATAR calculator, and my atar would turn out to be 63 if I keep getting the same marks. I feel really depressed at the moment, and I do not see myself doing any better! Will my life be meaningless? I know that sounds really stupid but will I be able to pay the bills when I am older and actually have a decent job, I do not want to be a tradie. I want to do something in the area of engineering/architecture or computer programming. This is just basically a confidence boost for people to tell me that I can do this or I will be okay, and I know I am just 18 have the rest of my life but I am kind of scared. Please only Australian residents answer because they at lest know what ATAR is! Do not worry I am not that depressed just feel down I am not going to kill myself lol

ATAR only means something if you are planning to go to uni. There is nothing wrong about going back to repeat year 12. Many people do it. It just means you are more dedicated than someone who doesnt and just complains about not getting into their degree.
