Every month, I go to a facialist. By facial, I mean the kind who just squeezes everything out of your pores, not the kind that tries to massage your face or anything. She makes around $100,000 a year, but on many of the websites that I have seen, they say that estheticians make around $25,000-$40,000 a year. Why is there such a big difference? The facialist I go to isn't in a big city or anything. How is it that she can make so much more than the average esthetician?
Also, is this what you would call a medical esthetician, or is that something else?
Thank you :)

Its like my aunt. Shes an RN and makes $150,000 a year. Yet I always see on sites they make like $40,000 a year or something. maybe she makes more because she does her job really well? Kate Somerville did her job so well she has her own skincare line.
