Hey, ive been lifting weights like 2 years now. i only use bench press because i dont have enough time to go to a gym or make others workouts. i work out one day and the next day i rest, and so on...my question is... ive seen many guys that bench press every day...and rest 1-2 days...is it recomended to do that. im taking protein and creatin...if i work out like 5-6 days a week will that help me gain muscle?

yes it'll but probably it'll be better if u bench some amount for a couple of weeks and then try to increase it by a little, so it'll become harder for u. I wouldn't do 5-6 days a week cause it might cause a strain on you.
