Thats a pretty good bench, for your weigt but a very good one for your age. You should always strive to get more weight on the bar, but it sounds like you are off to a great start
you max is good but your focus shouldn't be on the bench you focus should be on an overall health and strength. How many guys do you see in the gym that can bench press a lot but can't do 20 push-ups.
On another note when doing heavy weight don't go all the way down. I'm benching 315 and I can do 100 push ups in 2 minutes its about endurance and overall strength. Also some people don't benefit from bench pressing as much as they hope when you go all the way down you put stress on your scapula (shoulder blade) so with that added stress it will cause your clavicle and front deltoids to "open". SO basically when you bench press don't go all the way down most people will say I'm crazy you need range but I say lets see who's deltoids are hurting when we get finished.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
