You know what? Remember when KFC used to be just Kentucky Fried Chicken? Well the state of Kentucky tried (Idon't know if they won) to sue the restaurant for using the states name without permission. THAT'S when they switched to KFC. Maybe they are afraid to touch the "My old Kentucky Home" song for the same reasons. Also, have you noticed that the Kentucky Derby is no longer called that?
