Hi,
I was wondering... since a dual layer blu ray disc can hold up to 50gb data and many games with huge content such as Mass Effect 3 are like 15gb or so when it comes to download the Digital copy through the PS store, does that mean that the Digital copy is inferior to the blu ray disc game as it matter graphic / sound quality etc ?
Dont get me wrong , i'm not saying that they use the entire BR disc, i'm just saying that when it comes to digital copy they probably thinking about the amount of space it uses on the hard drive or the time it needs to be downloaded so they are trying to find ways to compress it.
Also, is the Digital version runs faster/better than the blu ray since the entire game is stored on the hard drive and the console doesnt have to bother reading/loading from the Disc ?
I'm asking this cause many games have the "install option" which copys a few GB of the content of the disc into the hard drive in order to make the game run better.
What happens if the entire game is on the hard drive ?
Thank you!

digital copies are the same, some downloads are better as they come with updated graphics & DLC but i prefer physical over digital, digital is what has bn messing up gaming this generation so i could care less about digital, not to mention u cant trade or get digital pre-owned n they cost more.
