there is this guy and he was mad at me but then said sorry for ignoring him.. i took him back and we hooked back up a couple of times.. and now he got mad at me again and is ignoring me, but i dont know what to do its so hard moving on. any suggestions??

Just leave him to it, he sounds a bit huffy and not to be bothered with. If he's not grown up enought to act maturely he's not worth your time. Move on and find someone better.
If "sorry" is all it takes for him to use you as a sperm bank, you have bigger problems than you're willing to admit. Move on and leave him alone! You were not born with a twin, and survived just fine before you met him.
