Brace elastics hurt:( HELP?!?
Okay so yesterday I got my brace elastics (dolphin,lol) and they really hurt,will they stop hurting after a while or not?also how many times a day am I meant to change them ?

They kill!! I didn't wear mine not gonna lie, but I was meant to change them every time I ate and at morning or night
